ما الذي يُحفظ؟

عند تسجيل الدخول يتلقى الموقع معرّف حسابك الخاص بالموقع وبريدك من ChatGPT. إذا أنشأت ملف طالب، تُحفظ بياناتك التي تقدمها، وخطتك ودروسك وواجباتك وإجاباتك وملاحظات المعلّم، والملفات التي ترفعها، ومفرداتك ومهاراتك وتقدّم التدريبات. لا يطلب الموقع كلمة مرورك أو بيانات بطاقتك البنكية.

من يطّلع على ملف الطالب؟

تتحقق واجهات البيانات من هوية الطالب قبل عرض ملفه أو تنزيل ملفاته. يستطيع الطالب وصاحب الموقع الوصول إلى بيانات الملف، وتوجد للمعلّم ملاحظات خاصة لا تظهر للطالب. توجد البيانات والملفات في خدمات الاستضافة المستخدمة لتشغيل الموقع.

ما الذي يظهر للزوار؟

المنشورات المنشورة متاحة لزوار الموقع المسموح لهم بالوصول إليه، والمسودات لصاحب الموقع. إذا كتبت تعليقًا، يُنشر اسم العرض ونص التعليق وتاريخه بعد موافقة المعلّم. يظهر عدد الإعجابات دون قائمة بأسماء المعجبين.

ما الذي يبقى على جهازك؟

يُحفظ اختيار اللغة ومحاولات الأنشطة الاستكشافية واختبار المستوى وتقدّم تدريبات الزائر في تخزين المتصفح. لا تُرسل تفاصيل نموذج طلب الدروس تلقائيًا؛ تُدرج في واتساب أو البريد عندما تختار فتح الطلب هناك، ويقع الإرسال عند تأكيده في التطبيق الآخر.

الروابط والخدمات الأخرى

واتساب والبريد وفيسبوك وخدمة اللقاء المرئي خدمات أخرى، وتخضع بياناتك فيها لإعداداتها وسياساتها. قد تُحمّل خطوط الصفحة من Google Fonts، وقد يضمّن صاحب الموقع مقطع YouTube في منشور.

النسخ والتصحيح والحذف

يمكنك تنزيل نسخة من بيانات صفحتك باستخدام زر «احفظ نسخة من ملفك». لطلب تصحيح معلومات أو حذف ملف الطالب أو تعليق منشور، راسل وليد من بريد الحساب المرتبط بالملف، وحدّد المطلوب. يُتحقق من هويتك قبل أي إجراء على ملف خاص؛ لا يتم الحذف تلقائيًا بمجرد فتح الرسالة.

الحجوزات والغرفة والتنبيهات والنسخ

يُحفظ موعد الحجز ومدته وسعره والموافقة على إصدار الشروط وطلبات التغيير والاسترداد. تُحفظ السبورة والنص المشترك لكل درس، وتُحذف بيانات تفاوض الاتصال المرئي المؤقتة بعد ست ساعات أثناء الصيانة. لا نسجل الصوت أو الفيديو. الاتصال المباشر قد يكشف عنوان الشبكة للطرف الآخر وخدمة STUN التابعة لـCloudflare؛ لا تبدأ الكاميرا إلا باختيارك.

تُحفظ التنبيهات في حسابك حتى ٩٠ يومًا، وتحتاج إشعارات الجهاز إلى إذنك. إضافة موعد إلى تقويم جهازك تنقل تفاصيله إليه باختيارك. النسخ الاحتياطية الخاصة تشمل البيانات التعليمية والحجوزات وبيانات الملفات، مع الاحتفاظ بآخر ٣٠ نسخة في مزوّد الاستضافة نفسه. الأصل والنسخ الخاصة لا تظهر للزوار.

الدخول بالبريد عند تفعيله

تُرسل بيانات التحقق إلى Supabase Auth، ويُربط البريد المثبت بملف الطالب دون قبول ادعاء الهوية من المتصفح. رموز الجلسة في ملفات ارتباط Secure وHttpOnly، ولا تُحفظ في التخزين المحلي. يحتفظ الموقع بمعرّف الربط، وتُحذف محاولات التحقق المنتهية بعد يوم. لا تدخل جلسات الدخول أو رموز التحقق في النسخ الاحتياطية. طلب تغيير البريد المرتبط يحتاج مراجعة لحماية الملف.

سجلات الحماية

تُحفظ عدّادات للطلبات المتكررة ووقائع الوصول المرفوض أو الطلبات غير الصالحة والتعديلات الإدارية. يتضمن السجل وقت الحدث والمسار وحالة الطلب ومرجع حساب مجزّأ، دون البريد أو نصوص الواجبات والرسائل أو محتوى الملفات. تعرض لوحة الأمان آخر ٣٠ يومًا، وتُحذف السجلات والعدّادات الأقدم عند تحديث السجل.

What is saved?

When you sign in, the site receives your site-specific account ID and email from ChatGPT. A student profile stores the details you provide, your learning plan, lessons, assignments, submissions, teacher feedback, uploaded files, vocabulary, skills and practice progress. The site does not request your password or card details.

Who can access a student profile?

Data endpoints verify the student’s identity before showing the profile or downloading files. The student and site owner can access the learning record. Teacher-only notes are excluded from the student response. Data and files are held in the hosting services used to run the site.

What can visitors see?

Published posts are visible to visitors who have access to the site; drafts are restricted to the owner. If you comment, your display name, comment and date appear after approval. A like count is shown without a list of users who liked the site.

What stays on your device?

Language preference, discovery and placement attempts, and guest practice progress are stored in your browser. Lesson request details are not sent automatically. They are inserted into WhatsApp or email when you choose to open the request there; you send it by confirming in that app.

Links and other services

WhatsApp, email, Facebook and your video meeting service are separate services with their own settings and policies. Page fonts may load from Google Fonts, and the owner may embed a YouTube clip in a post.

Copies, corrections and removal

Use “Save a copy of your profile” to download your student data. To request correction or removal of a student profile or published comment, email Waleed from the account email linked to your profile and describe your request. Identity is checked before changing private data; opening a message does not delete anything automatically.

Bookings, classroom, notifications and backups

Bookings store the time, duration, agreed price, accepted terms version and change/refund requests. Shared board text and drawings are saved. Temporary call signaling is removed after six hours during maintenance. Calls are not recorded. Peer-to-peer calls may reveal network addresses to the other participant and Cloudflare STUN. Camera use is optional and starts only after your action.

Account notifications are retained for up to 90 days. Device notifications require permission. Adding a calendar event copies its details to your chosen calendar. Private backups include learning data, bookings and file metadata; the latest 30 copies remain with the same hosting provider. Private data and backups are not exposed to visitors.

Email sign-in when enabled

Supabase Auth verifies email ownership. The server links the verified identity to the student profile; browser-supplied identity claims are not trusted. Session tokens are stored in Secure, HttpOnly cookies, not local storage. Identity mappings are retained. Expired login attempts are removed after a day and session tokens/codes are excluded from backups. Linked email changes require review.

Security records

The site stores request counters and records of denied access, invalid requests and administrative changes. Records contain the time, route, response status and a hashed account reference, without email addresses, assignment or message text, or file contents. The security page shows the last 30 days; older records and counters are removed when the log is refreshed.
